My name is Nicolás Lorenzon. I've been building since 2011 in Argentina — over 700,000 square meters of homes, offices, and commercial spaces. More than 6,000 families trusted my team with their most important investment: their home.

Today, millions of people follow my journey on social media, where I share every day on the job site — the real work, the challenges, and the results. No filters. I believe transparency is the best marketing. That's why I show everything.

For years, we dreamed of bringing Terranova to the United States. Back in 2020 and 2021, we completed several projects from a distance by subcontracting crews — and we quickly learned that building without being present is never the same. So I moved here with my family. Our company in Argentina continued operating with my partner, and now we're officially relaunching the dream — hands-on, committed, and local.

I'm now a licensed Realtor and working toward my General Contractor license, because we believe in doing things professionally and long-term. Our first project of 2026 marks the beginning of a new chapter. My daughter Nina sometimes comes along to the job site — this is a family business, and we treat your home like it's our own.
